Welcome to St Nicholas C of E Voluntary Aided Primary School within the Diocese of Peterborough.

Learning is one of the most important things that your child can do as they are growing up. Whether it's learning to read, or write or learning more about the world around them - its history, its make-up, the communities and events that have shaped our world. Before enrolling your child at any school, it is important that you are confident that the environment is right for child - to nurture and encourage them in all aspects of his/her learning, as well as having opportunities to try new things and expand his/her horizons.

At St Nicholas, we highly value the opportunity that we have to see so many young children increase in their abilities and enthusiasm for life, as well as being able to understand more about worship.

Located in the heart of Rutland, situated on the edge of very beautiful countryside only a few miles from Rutland Water and with excellent teaching and support staff, children at St Nicholas find themselves in just the right kind of environment to be stimulated to learn.
