Class 3

Welcome to Class 3!

Mrs Baker and Mrs Barton hope that you have had a lovely Summer holiday and are looking forward to a new and exciting year to come.

As always please feel free to pop in at any point and we thank you for your continued support.

Our first two days this term in Class 3 have been very busy. The children have been learning about how to be 'Resilient Learners' and have begun to work hard towards achieving this. We have also been learning about how we learn, by checking out our SMARTs, which enable us to understand the paths we can take to learn by using different parts of our brain and styles of learning.  Please ask your child which SMART they are and which they would like to improve. We will be working with them on their SMARTs in many different ways over the year.
We are looking forward to our visit to the World War II experience at  Beaumanor on Monday 5th September. We have made name labels and gas mask boxes as a part of our costumes.
