Term 3

Hi Team,

Happy New Year! I hope you have all had a fantastic Christmas break.

Attached below I have included the medium term plan and some of the knowledge organisers containing the key information that we will be learning this term.

Excitingly this term we will be completing a brass instrument unit where the children will learn and then perform at the end of the sessions. The children have the opportunity to loan the instruments provided, which the team last year loved. More information about this to follow.

PE will be on a Tuesday and a Thursday this term, with the exception of the wc 8.1.24 and 5.2.24 where they will need PE kit on Tuesday and Wednesdays.

Enrichment this term will be art.

Term 1 - Welcome Back.

Hi All,

I hope you have all had an amazing summer and made lots of memories.

We have got a fantastic year ahead of us with lots of events happening including Manor and Young Voices to name a few.

School will look a little different with the building work that has been going on and over the last few days we have been preparing for the Team's return.

I have attached the first terms overview for you below. Our topic will be focussed on the Egyptians.

- PE will be on Tuesday and Thursdays.
- Enrichment in the first term will be Practise for the Young Voices event with Mr Alfieri.

All the children will need to bring with them is a water bottle for inside the classroom, I will provide all of the stationary needed.Children may wish to bring in a pair of outside trainers / wellies for break and lunchtimes.
