Mindful breathing uses your breath to help you focus. This might be because you need to calm down, you want to concentrate on something, or you are just taking a 5-minute break from the world around you!
Some of you will be coming back to school soon and learning some of these breathing techniques will not only be fun for the whole family, but will help you focus if you have a “jumpy” brain with lots of thoughts and questions.
I would love to see some short videos uploaded to your Dojo portfolios of you trying these different breathing techniques. Perhaps my next video project after “Smile” could be “Breathe” if we get enough pictures or videos!
