Sometimes there is so much going on in the world that we don’t actually realise what amazing things are all around us.  Spiderman needs to focus and use his “Spidey Senses” so that can keep tabs on the world around him and know if someone needs his help. Can you turn on “Spidey Senses,” and try to focus on each of your five senses in turn?  Stand in the garden and concentrate for 1 minute on each sense.
