Easter Holiday Fun

Egg Decorating

You will need:

A tooth pick

An egg

Paint

Egg cartons

Make sure you have asked for your parents’ permission before using the eggs!

To blow out your egg, prick largish holes at either end with a tooth pick, holding the egg steady blow through the top hole and everything should come out of the bottom hole (make sure you are leaning over a bin or a bowl as this is the messy bit). When it’s dry, paint your egg with swirly patterns to resemble an Easter egg! Leave to dry in egg cartons.

Have a great time decorating your egg and don't forget to send me a photo!

Making an Easter Bunny and Easter Chick

You will need:

Half a kitchen roll or toilet roll

Glue

Paint

Pencils or Pens

Cotton wool

Orange Feathers

Easter Bunny

Using half of a kitchen roll (or toilet roll) cut two strips off the top of the roll to make ears and stick on the top of the roll (tip, flatten the roll out using clothes pegs). Next paint the rolls and allow to dry. Finally draw on some eyes, a nose and stick on a cotton wool tail to complete your Easter Bunny. You can always seal the bottom of the roll so that you can add some wrapped small chocolate eggs inside.

Easter Chick

Using half of a kitchen roll (or toilet roll), paint the rolls and allow to dry. Finally draw on some eyes, a beak and stick on orange feathers to complete your Easter Chick. You can always seal the bottom of the roll so that you can add some wrapped small chocolate eggs inside.

Enjoy making your Easter craft and don't forget to send me a photo!
