How will we learn today?
Our children are simply growing in confidence and are actively choosing how they want to learn each day. We have a 'planning board' in our classroom where our children take control of their learning and tell us a brief outline of what they would like to do. They place their photograph in a specific area on the planning board before embarking on their self initiated journey of learning!
As the year progresses, the children will develop more complex 'forward thinking' skills such as communicating what resources they will need to complete their chosen activity.
