We're Going On a Bear Hunt!
We had so much fun reading the story 'We're going on a bear hunt'! The children loved their hunt around school looking for their own bears. It helped us to familiarise ourselves with our new surroundings and learn where things were!
The children decided to create their own 'small world' model of the bear hunt story and worked brilliantly together to make all the different locations featured in the story. Fortunately, the school field had just been freshly mowed so there was plenty of grass cuttings to collect to make the 'swishy swashy' grass!
