Birthday Bear's Birthday!

The children decided that today was to be a very special day for birthday bear! It was his birthday! Some of the class asked if they could arrange a party for birthday bear. They decided they wanted to make a big chocolate cake, party hats and decorations. Some even brought in cards and gifts that they had created at home especially for birthday bear. They made lists of the things they would need and worked together on the preparations. We all sang 'happy birthday' and even played a few party games. What a lovely idea, all instigated by the children!
