Jubilee Celebrations!
We had a wonderful Jubilee day and it was delightful to be able to commemorate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in such a collective and special way. The children loved their morning of Jubilee activities which included maypole dancing, computer stamp design, kite making and printing bunting to name but a few! Thankfully, the weather improved to allow us to have our lunch outside in a traditional street party style! How lovely it was to see so many of you joining us for the afternoon which started with our school fun run. The children were thrilled to be awarded a commemorative medal and bible at the finishing line. The school fête was a lovely end to a very successful day and we would like to say a huge thanks to the PTFA and supporters who gave up their valuable time and resources to make our day so very memorable and special!
