Pirate Play!
We had an amazing few days being pirates! We made pirate hats, patches and flags, used treasure maps and found a real treasure chest buried in the ground! The children created a pirate ship in the outdoor area and it was a pleasure to see them so engaged and motivated in their learning! We experimented with 'mark making' and made some fantastic drawings of pirates which are on display in the classroom! Wow!
